Shipping
Orders are usually shipped via UPS or United States Post Office (USPS) and actual delivery time will vary according to your UPS or USPS zone. (In most cases it averages 5-10 business days from the day that the order was shipped.)
Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, engraving, special orders, etc. may take longer.
If you are requesting a rush order and require delivery before times indicated, please contact us for current shipping times. Please keep in mind that many of our products are customized and/or personalized and therefore, may take several days in the manufacturing process before it is actually shipped.
Lead Times
Most items are carried in inventory and will be processed within 24 hours; however, should something need to be manufactured, the lead time for that product will be approximately 1 week. We will notify you immediately if there is a problem filling your order. Larger orders will have a longer lead time.
Taxes
Korner Store Kitchenware does NOT charge sales tax for orders placed outside of California! If you order within the state of California, you will be charged an additional 7.75% for sales tax.
Damage
We make every effort to ensure your order is received as quickly and safely as possible. In the rare event that your shipment is damaged please contact us for assistance. It is important to inspect your shipment for shipping damage immediately upon receipt and report any damage to us within 24 hours of receipt so we can resolve the matter with the carrier.
Warranties
All items, if any, are warranted directly by the manufacturers. No other warranty either expressed or implied is offered by Korner Store Kitchenware. Korner Store Kitchenware is not responsible for normal wear & tear, abuse, or mistreatment of item(s). Items which are reported defective within 30 days of receipt will be replaced or if requested, a refund will be issued. Claims reported after 30 days of receipt for any defects may be replaced at the discretion of Korner Store Kitchenware at no charge.
Returns
Have confidence in ordering with KornerStoreKitchenware.com. If you are dissatisfied with ANY of our products, you may return the item for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your product less shipping and 15% restocking fee. After inspection, a refund for the value of the item including taxes will be credited back to your credit card minus shipping and 15% restocking fee. The 15% restocking fee is waived on items that are defective or damaged. Please contact us for instructions on returning an item.
Cancellations
Since we attempt to ship orders within 24 hours, cancellation of an order must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed or before the item is shipped. Shipping, handling and freight charges will apply to all orders shipped prior to receiving your cancellation. Please contact us to cancel an order.
