Q. How do I care for my woodenware products?
A. In General:
    1. Wash with soap and water after use and rinse well.
    2. Dry Immediately.
    3. Rub with mineral oil 2-3 times per month.
    4. Never place in the dishwasher.
    5. Do not use bleach.

Q. Why is wood better?
A. Wood is very durable and doesn't harbor bacteria like plastic.  Wooden utensils won't scratch your non stick  pans. Wood doesn't conduct heat so handles never get to hot. Wood feels good in the hand. Wood is kinder to your expensive knives.

Q. Do you do custom laser engraving?
A. Yes, please look at our monogrammed page for our current stock selection.  Also, if you require a special order for a recipient's name, larger quantities or corporate logos please contact us.  We are currently working on a product page that will include this information on our website.

Q. How long will it take to get my order take?
A. Standard UPS and USPS takes approximately 5-10 business days, depending on your UPS or USPS zone.  We process orders within 24 hours. However, if something should need to be manufactured, it will take approximately 1 week. We will notify you immediately if there is a problem.

Q. What does "end-grain" mean?
A. These boards are constructed of individual blocks of wood which are arranged so that the grain of the wood runs vertically (up and down), so that the top cutting surface is actually the end of many individual pieces of wood.  This technique produces a "self-healing" effect which makes it ideal for cutting boards and chopping blocks. When the knife strikes the surface during cutting, the grain of the wood actually separates and closes when the knife is removed.  The wood itself is not cut, because you are cutting between the fibers. Your knife blade will last much longer and you'll see no knife marks on the board.

Q. What types of wood are used to make these woodenware products?
A. Each supplier has their own preference, but in general you will see Acacia Wood, Rubberwood, Bamboo, Sugar Maple, Yellow Birch, Walnut and Cherry Wood.

A. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Paypal.

Q. How do I cancel my order?
A. Orders must be cancelled prior to shipping.  Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order.

Q. How are orders delivered?
A. All orders are shipped UPS ground unless otherwise specified.

Q. What is your return policy?
A. You may return your item for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your product less shipping, and 15% restocking fee. Please contact us if you need to return an item.
